The 2015 Mitigation Plan Update Kick off meetings are scheduled for Aroostook County. Communities must participate in the planning process in order to be eligible for mitigation funding that may come available in the future. Reminder that there is a Tank Truck Rollover Class being held at the Houlton Fire Station tomorrow, Saturday, 9/20/14 starting at 8am. Lunch will be provided for participants.
There will be a one day Basic Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training on September 13th at the Caribou Courthouse. Primary objective is to provide essential training for our Amateur Radio Team and our Animal Response Team. Training will start at 8:30 a.m. Please contact the Aroostook EMA if you plan to attend.
