Eat healthy: your body needs fuel not just “food”.

Drink water & plenty of it: avoid caffeinated beverages & if you choose to drink alcohol do so in moderation.

Rest: Your body needs 8 hours of sleep to function at it’s best. Your reaction time will be faster, you’ll have an improvement of information processing & increased accuracy of short term memory.
